A Spring Message from Pam

Dear, Friend; 🌿

Over the past couple of weeks inside Strong Heart, we’ve been working with the shift that comes with spring—the transition from winter’s dormant state to a more vibrant, active energy.

In the first week, we focused on simply noticing that shift.
The way new energy begins to rise in nature… and in us.

And we explored how to meet that early energy with intention—
helping it build, rather than rushing in and burning through it before the fuller energy of summer arrives.

We used movement and breath to clear winter’s stagnation
and to gently grow and expand our physical energy.

In the second week, we turned inward—toward the mind and our awareness.

Spring is a season of new beginnings and new growth.
An open and present mind is what allows fresh vision and clarity to rise.

At the same time, this sense of newness can also stir up stress, old patterns, or a feeling of being a bit off.

So we’ve been working with a few simple practices—
journaling, time in nature, meditation, and breathwork—
to help clear space and prepare the mind for what’s beginning.

Together, it’s been about learning how to meet this season in a way that supports fresh perspective, growth, and an expanded sense of well-being—
so what’s starting to emerge has the space to take root and develop.

This really is such a unique time of year.

There’s a quiet sense of something beginning…
but not fully formed yet.

And learning how to stay with that and nurture it—
without rushing it forward—
is part of the work.

If you’re looking for simple ways to stay present and build more vibrant energy this season, consider joining us inside Strong Heart.
We’d love to welcome you aboard.

With warmth,
Pam 🌱
