Finding Slow in a Season of Go
December 11, 2025
🎁 Dear, Friend,
As the calendar begins to speed up and the month grows full, nature quietly offers a different rhythm — one that slows, softens, and invites us to nourish our energy rather than stretch it thin.
Every now and then, when something feels especially timely or supportive, I like to send a mid-month note. Today, I’m sharing a new six-minute reflective meditation called The Sacredness of Slow — created as an opportunity to explore what a slower rhythm can bring into your life in the midst of a busy season.
This practice isn’t simply a moment of calm.
It’s an invitation to feel how slow can steady you, soften urgency, and help you reconnect with what truly matters.
Set to spacious, soothing music by Sharon West of Dusty Dreams Music, the meditation gently guides you toward a pace that supports clarity and ease — not by stepping away from your life, but by moving through it more intentionally.

I hope this small offering meets you in a helpful way.
I’ll be back in a few weeks with our regular monthly email.
May you find slow in this season of go,
